Aeros Look To Build Momentum

The Portage Aeros return to the pitch tonight in the second division of the Manitoba Major Soccer League.

After a season of struggle, the team is riding high following a big win on Friday night against the St. James Hurricane.

 

Tonight, they'll lock horns with the Rangers, a middle of the pack team with a 4-7-1 record. The two teams met once earlier this season with the Rangers earning the 2-0 win.

Coach Chad Green says the team definitely learned from that first meeting.



With a bit of momentum on their side, Green says they need to keep it up and that's something they've struggled to do this year.



The Aeros and Rangers hit the pitch tonight at 7:30 pm in Winnipeg.
