It was a tough night for the Portage Blaze as they battled the heat and Brunswick Sting.

The two teams struggled against the plus 30 temperatures and each other, fighting to a 0-0 draw at Republic Park. 

The tie puts Portage's record at 1-5-4 in the Winnipeg Women's Soccer League 's First Division . 

Next up for the team is a meeting with the SE Shooters in Winnipeg tomorrow. The two teams have met once already this season, fighting to a 3-3 draw . 

Game time is 7:30 pm tomorrow night.
