Portage's Shane Moffatt is headed to the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame. The former Terrier and long-time baseball player will be inducted November 6th alongside such greats as Jo-Ann Lindsay, Kenneth Galanchuk and the 1984 Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Moffatt holds the Portage Terriers record for goals (60), assists (70) and points (130) in a single season, all set during the 1981-82 campaign. He also played baseball for over 20 years in Manitoba, and was previously inducted into the Manitoba Baseball Hall of Fame. Moffatt describes his feelings about the induction.
