Final Weekend For Operation Red Nose

Organizers of Operation Red Nose in the Central Plains a expecting the final weekend will be a very busyone.  Coordinator Leo Lapointe says they are already on pace to set new benchmarks for total rides and donations.re

He says they have provided 353 rides so far this year and are on pace to surpass last year's results of 417. Lapointe says donations are also up about $2500 dollars compared to last year.  

Lapointe says three teams of three will be on the roads tonight, tomorrow and New Years eve but they could still use a few more volunteers. anyone wishing to help is asked to fill out an application at their local RCMP detachment.
