Head Coach Tom Henry conducts shooting drills with the girls.

The PCI Saints soccer program enjoyed it's first tryout practice outdoors.  With tryouts just starting, players and coaches are looking forward to a great season.

Assistant Coach Amy Troop says so far, the team is looking really good as they have discussed their goals for the year.  She adds everybody wants to win and they are trying really hard to try and improve.  Troop says this year the girls are hoping to have more games this year and get an opportunity to play because a few were cancelled due to rain last year.

Fourth year player and grade 12 student Crystal Nichol says the main area of their game that needs improvement is their striking.  She says they have the speed to get the ball where they need to, but not placing their shots very well.

The PCI Saints soccer team plays their first exhibition game against Brandon on May 5th.
