R.C.M.P. are warning you to be careful out there as slick road conditions are being reported in and around Portage la Prairie. Manitoba Highways is reporting several roads across the Central Plains are reporting slippery or snow covered conditions.

R.C.M.P. Sergeant Line Karpish says as of tuesday afternnoon, several accidents have been reported surrounding Portage la Prairie near Elie, St Francis Xavier and even further west near Carberry. Karpish says be prepared for the worst and make sure to drive carefully.
