The Big Four Hockey League is gearing up for another season. Wesley Huber is in charge of registration for the league, and explains how they divide the players into teams.

"It's four teams, so we sign up about 60 players and then there's 4 captains," says Huber. "Then it's a draft system. so you're drafted onto one of the teams."

Huber says the league has 18 regular season games, 6 playoff games, and then finals. So there's a lot of hockey to look forward to this season.

"It's 25 years or older to play and it's $350 for the year. We're starting up right away, the first Thursday in October, and it's every Thursday night."

The league has been around for quite some time, getting its start in the 1970's. Huber says if you'd like to play, to get in contact with him at 870-0527.
