Portage's own Riley Borody is being traded for the second time this season. The 19-year-old was sent from the Portage Terriers to the Dauphin Kings at the end of the preseason back in September but he will now be shifting provinces.

Borody is being sent to the Kam River Fighting Walleye in exchange for future considerations.

The Fighting Walleye play in the Superior International Junior Hockey League, where they sit at the top of the standings. Kam River has a record of 17-5-1 and play in a seven-team league mainly based out of Ontario.

Borody has put up five points through 16 games in Dauphin this season and ended last year in Portage with eight points in 37 contests. The forward looks to add some grit and skill to a Kam River squad looking to make a championship run.
