It's been a rewarding year on the job for CFFTS Commandant Darryl Shyiak.
It's been a year since Darryl Shyiak took over the role of Commandant at 3 Canadian Forces Flight Training School at Southport. For Shyiak it's been an exciting year, he says the crew made the adjustment to his new position an easy one.
Shyiak has enjoyed flying again, he's completed his training on the King Air aircraft and will look to help future students. He's looking forward to the completion of construction on the new Allied Wings training facility in December.
