Northern Baseball League action last night saw Winnipeg Goldeyes gain some ground on Calgary in the North Division pennant race.

The Fish got by Gary 6-4 in ten innings last night, while the Vipers lost.

Winnipeg is a game-and-a-half out of first place, and thanks to a loss by Fargo-Moorhead, are also alone in second.
There are seven games left in the season's first half.

The Goldeyes and Railcats meet again tonight in Winnipeg.
