Marianne Turner
With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Marianne Turner on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the Gladstone Health Centre at the age of 72 years.
Marianne will be lovingly remembered by her children Jennifer (David) Turner of Portage la Prairie, MB and Philip Turner of Brandon, MB, as well as many friends and extended family members.
Marianne was born in Boissevain, MB, and lived in multiple places throughout her life, and retired from Maple Leaf in Brandon, MB. She loved being around her kids, and she loved her McDonald’s Coffee. She had a special connection to Victory Lane Speedway… but she should have tried to race ON the track rather than trying to get there. (she had three speeding tickets to prove it.)
Her favorite saying was… I am old now… I can get away with it! LOL… only our mother.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Gladstone Health Centre for the care our Mom received during her time there.
Marianne’s family will celebrate her memory privately.
