A 15 year old student at Portage Collegiate says she'll think twice about teen pregnancy.

Amy Brooking now views the matter differently  after her weekend caring for a high-tech mechanical baby, designed to simualte a new born.

She describes her weekend as sleepless.

Teacher Tania Murray explains the program is real eye opener for the students.  She explains they always start off excited about the excercise, but are usually ready to give up the baby come the end of their weekend.

Both Brooking and Murray agree the experience with the baby can change students' minds about teen pregnancy.
