The Portage Terriers have two new additions to their roster.

The Dogs made three separate trades yesterday, the first of which saw forward Max Henderson being sent to the SJHL's Flin Flon Bombers for forward Nathan Flodell and future considerations. Portage acquired forward Kyle Grysuik from the Winnipeg Blues in exchange for defenceman Brandt Young. The Dogs also sent Ethan Tinevez to the Nipawin Hawks for future considerations.

Flodell has played in four games at the Junior A level and picked up a goal for Flin Flon in that time. Head coach and general manager for the Terriers, Blake Spiller says the 18-year-old is an intelligent player and expects him to be in the lineup on Saturday.

Grysiuk played in 16 outings for the Winnipeg Blues this season and found the back of the net once. The 17-year-old forward spent his last three seasons playing at RINK Hockey Academy in Winnipeg. Spiller says the Winnipeg product is a skilled forward who can make plays.

Young and Henderson both went pointless in a Terrier uniform. The Dogs will be in action tomorrow night in Winnipeg to take on the Freeze.
