With sadness, we announce the passing of William “Bill” Reimer on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the age of 75 years at his residence in MacGregor.

Bill was born on Jan 1, 1947 and grew up in the Winkler, Austin and MacGregor areas.

He was baptized in the MacGregor Sommerfeld Church on May 24, 1970.

He became known as “Water Bill” as that was his lively hood, hauling water to many people. He has cleared snow for many and tilled gardens and mowed for many. He loved his tractors and small equipment.

When his 3 nephews came along, he quickly extended his quiet love on them. He loved showing his toy collection to anyone who would visit. He had many friends in the community that he shared stories and laughs with.

Bill suffered health issues for most of his life. Asthma in his younger years and in 2016 he suffered his first heart attack.

He leaves behind, 1 sister Helen, 1 brother John (Chris), sister-in-law Irene, 3 nephews Craig (Jamie) Porter, Radek, Arie & Shae

Darren (Stacey) Jase, Seth & Wade

Mark (Jenna) Anna & Jack

He is predeceased by his parents Jacob & Margaret Reimer and 1 brother Philip.

We thank all who were a friend to him and visited him and brought meals, especially in the last 2 months when he was mostly house bound. - The Family
