The Central Plains Capitals were shut out 3-0 by Yellowhead last night in Game 4 of the Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League Championship Final at Portage Mutual Arena. The Chiefs' win evens up the best-of-5 series at 2 games a piece, setting up the deciding game tonight.

Caps' Head Coach Ferdi Nelissen expects a better offensive performance tomorrow.

"We didn't do a good enough job of getting the puck to the net. There was a couple chances in the second period where we hit the back wall on wide open opportunities. We have to bury them, and we've said we've got to keep shooting at this girl, we're not shooting enough. There's rebounds every time we shoot the puck at this girl, so we've got to do a better job."

Nelissen still believes his team can bring home their second MFMHL title in a row.

"I have a lot faith in our girls. I think our girls have a lot of character, we didn't see the best of it today. Our best players weren't our best players. We got a lot out of our third line I thought, our third line was tenacious -- on the puck, got pucks to the net, and created some opportunities -- we've got to get that from every body."

Tonight's game starts at 7:30 in Shoal Lake with the winner taking the MFMHL Crown.
