In South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League action tonight the Portage Islanders fell 12-4 against the Carman Beavers. The Islanders are tied 2-2 in the best-of-7 series. Islanders' Jeremy Brooks says his team has to put in the work to get a win next time around. "Well it definitely shed some light on the fact that we are really going to have to pick up our game. They have the talent and they are going to jump all over us if we give them the opportunity. Going back to their barn, it's a smaller rink and we've got to get back to playing our game that we've played and beat them. " The Islanders hit the ice Sunday at 8PM in Carman for game five of the series.
