The Morris Mavericks are Zone 4 High School Hockey League champions for the third year in a row.
The Mavericks scored four times with the man advantage and beat the Notre Dame/Somerset/Westmount Mustangs 4-2 last night in Morris.
Keenan Dreger had two goals and an assist for the Mavs who swept the best-of-three final in two games straight.
Wayne Woldrich and Tristan Keck also scored for Morris. Joey Delaquis and Jesse Conrad replied for the Mustangs who led 2-1 after the first period. The game was tied 2-2 after forty minutes.

Morris and Notre Dame/Somerset/Westmount will both compete at the 2012 Provincial "AA" High School Hockey Championship next week at Waywayseecappo. The Mavericks are the defending provincial "AA" champions.
