In the Santa Clara Baseball League last night, Portage Padres built a 6-0 lead heading into the 7th inning at Rotary Republic Park, only to see it disappear, as Plumas Pirates scored 7 straight runs.

The Padres managed to salvage the draw, with a single run in the bottom of the 7th.

Rod McLeod was on the mound for Portage. The Pirates countered with Zack Yandeau.

A return match is in Plumas on July 6th, to close out the regular season.
