The Portage Terriers are making it mandatory for everyone in attendance to have proof of COVID-19 vaccination to start the 2021-22 season.

The team announced yesterday that spectators, staff members, and volunteers will have to provide their vaccination card prior to entering, while mandating masks as well. The Terriers Board of Directors says health and safety is a top priority for them.

Public Health guidelines in the province currently only allow for 50% capacity at indoor sporting events, so the Terriers will be abiding by that. The organization also says masks will be enforced at all times unless eating or drinking. The board says they will be releasing more details or any potential changes in the coming weeks.

The Dogs will have season ticket packages available beginning today at noon. Season tickets are $260 for adults, $200 for seniors, and $150 for youth. Packages can be purchased at the Terrier Store in Stride Place.
