The PCI Saints ended their last regular season game on a high note beating Morden Thunder 10-3 in 5 innings. Saints' Head Coach Cam Asham says they are happy with the way the entire team played.

"We like how we are playing right now. We really came around this weekend at the Winkler tournaments offensively. We hit well again today. Our defence is solid and our pitchers are throwing well for us so we like how we are playing. "

He notes they saw strong throws from their three pitchers.

"I liked how our pitchers pitched. All three of them threw well for us. That was (Kennedy Cunningham's) first outing for us this year and she did very well. We are definitely happy with our pitchers this game."

Asham notes getting to finals in Zone 4 is always their goal, adding if the team plays to their full potential there is no reason that isn't possible.
