There's 3 games in the Santa Clara Baseball League tonight.

The Portage Padres host Neepawa at Rotary Republic Park. The Padres are coming off a tough tie to Carberry Monday night, and pitcher Rod McLeod wasn't happy with the result.

"We didn't get really going until about the 6th inning, and then we started hitting the ball well. Got a lead, then we just gave it up again. We just keep giving up a bad inning, every single game that tends to be costing us in our loss and our two ties."

McLeod says they need to carry over the positives from Monday, and be better at the plate.

"We played pretty sound defensively, so we were pretty happy with that. We just have to pitch the ball, and hit the holes in order to get the W."

Also going tonight is Ebb and Flow at Carberry, while Dauphin visits the Mavericks in Minnedosa. All 3 games are set for 7 p.m. Tonight's Plums Pirates and Austin A's game has been pushed until tomorrow night.
