There are three games in the Santa Clara Baseball League tonight.

The Portage Padres (2-0-1) welcome the first place Carberry Royals (3-0) to Rotary Republic Park. The Padres are fresh off a tight 6-5 win over Minnedosa Friday night and will be looking to hand the Royals their first loss of the season.

"It's always a tough one against Carberry," says Padres' first baseman Tyler Butler. "They hit the ball well, they pitch the ball well, and they've got some good defence. They're a solid team and have been for a while, and it's always fun to play them. We have a good friendly rivalry and we're really looking forward to this match."

The Padres and Royals get going at 7 p.m. at Rotary Republic Park.

Minnedosa (2-1) hosts Austin A's (1-2). The A's only have one win this season, it came over Neepawa Sunday night. The Mavericks are 2-1 and half a game back of the Padres in third place.

The final game of the night is between Ebb and Flow (1-2) and Neepawa (0-2-1). The Lakers visit the Cubs at 7.
