The Portage Terriers will look to hand the first-place club their second straight loss tonight. They're in Steinbach to face the Pistons in their second-to-last Manitoba Junior Hockey League regular season match.

The Pistons are fresh off a 3-1 loss to Neepawa Wednesday night while the Terriers took two from Swan Valley. Portage has only managed one victory over the Pistons this season, it came at the start of February when they won 2-1 in Steinbach.

"It was definitely good how we ended the game Wednesday night, and hopefully, we can carry it over into Steinbach," says Terriers defender Mackenzie Dwyer. "We have to show up and work hard either way because Steinbach's a tough club."

"It's the same thing as always in their barn," says Terriers forward Ty Barnstable. "...a hard-hitting, physical game that goes both ways. We need to score on our opportunities and play hard. If we do that I think we'll be okay."

The Terriers still have a shot at fourth place in the standings. OCN sits fourth with 79 points and two games remaining. Portage is three points back with two games left. The Terriers need to get at least three points over their final two games and get some help: OCN has to lose its remaining two games in regulation. Tonight's game can be heard on CFRY and at Portage Online. Puck drop is 7:30, the pre-game show starts at 7:20.
