The Portage Terriers can win the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Turnbull Cup tonight in Portage la Prairie. It would be their third straight Manitoba Junior Hockey League Championship in-a-row.

They welcome the OCN Blizzard for Game 6 after taking a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series with Sunday night's 3-1 win in OCN.

"Obviously, they're going to play desperate tonight," says Terrier forward Ty Barnstable. "It's Game 6 so their life is on the line, and we have to match that. If we do I think we'll be okay."

The Terriers took a 1-0 lead early in the second period of Game 5 but Head Coach Blake Spiller felt they were great from the start.

"I thought we generated some offence in the first and played with confidence, and I think that was huge for us. Then coming out in the second and getting the first goal was big too."

"They're a well-coached club that comes at you," adds Spiller. "Especially now that they're playing for their life here back in Portage. We're expecting them to bring their best effort so we'll have to do that as well."

The puck drops at 7:30 at Stride Place. Catch the game live on CFRY and at Portage Online with the pregame show starting at 7:20.
