Portage Terriers made another trade just days before the start of the MJHL regular season.

The Terriers sent forward Ian Mackey and defenseman Garrett Kuklica to Winkler in exchange for a couple of prospects -- forward Dylan Burton and goalie Zachary Bennett.

The Dogs have also announced 20-year-old defenseman Jordan Thomson will be with the team this season.

The Terriers' season opener is Friday, in Virden.
