The PCI Trojans host St. Norbert today in Portage la Prairie for their first round match of the Winnipeg High School Football League playoffs.

The Trojans finished in second place in the Andy Currie Division with a 5-1 record. They finished tied with St. Norbert, but jumped into the higher position because of the tie break. Trojans' Quarterback Tyler Morris says they've got numbers at practice, and the team is hyped for a home playoff game. He says they didn't get the start they wanted against St. Norbert last time, and they'll be better today.

"Last game I feel our offensive struggled, and our defense held us in it. Our offense has been playing really good lately -- so has our defense -- we know what they look like, we've played them before, so if we go in there playing how we do we should be fine."

Trojans' Defensive Tackle Lucas Francis says they need to approach the game like any other defensively.

"Play the same as usual. Give a lot of pressure to the quarterback and finish our tackles."

St. Norbert's only loss came at the hands of the Trojans a couple of weeks ago. The Trojans only loss came against Dryden.

Kick off is set for 3:30 at PCI Field.
