The PCI Trojans fell 5-4 to the Transcona Titans in their final regular season match of the Manitoba High School Field Lacrosse League.

Trojans' Head Coach Al Patterson says nothing seemed to be going right for the Trojans yesterday, starting with their departure.

"The bus was ordered a little bit late, we got there and the fields aren't lined, the grass was long, and we were short a bunch of guys."

Trojans' Tyson Dyck scored twice, Brandon Cochen (Coach-en) and Rayne Meseyton each potted one goal. Patterson says the players have come a long way since the start of the season.

"Even though we've had a couple losses this year, we've seen some growth in a lot of kids. That's the main thing at the end of the day, you want to see that development happen, and when that does it makes you happy."

The Trojans fell to 3-3-2 this season. Two of their losses came against Garden City. The MHSFLL regular season comes to a close on May 31st.
