The PCI Trojans Football Club met for the second time in as many days last night.

An evening of hard work and learning was capped off by some positional play and full speed kickoffs. Grade 12 Running back and Full Back Brandon Friesen's excited to get back on the field. He gives his thoughts on the club after their first day of full practice.

"We're doing pretty good, we'll have to see how it goes. We do have a couple of guys that made Team Manitoba so that will help a lot. And we won't really know about the coaches until we play a couple of games."

Grade 11 Running back Tyler Fedak feels it's going to be a successful season.

"I'm really excited. It looks like it's going to be really good this year. We have a bunch of talented guys here, we just have a new system now since the old coach left, but I think if we all buy into that I think we'll really succeed this season."

The Trojans have a preseason tournament September 2nd.
