One person was rushed to hospital with undetermined injuries after a 2 vehicle accident in Portage la Prairie. Just after 1:30 pm, emergency services received a call of an auto accident along Saskatchewan Avenue, at the 3rd Street East corner. The Jaws of Life were used to remove the roof from one of the vehicles to gain access to the driver. As of 2:45 pm, traffic in the area has returned to normal.
