A meeting was held March 15th for the event

Due to past response, the third Sharing Our World event is being planned by the Portage Community Revitalization Corporation.
PCRC's Community Facilitator Mary Lynn Moffat says anyone interested in taking part is encouraged to call the office at 240-7272 or visit their website at www.portagecrc.com. Moffat notes they had over 700 people come out last year and check out the displays, food and entertainment and hope to see the same response this year. She adds they've grown so much over the past two years they have had to relocate and the event will be held at the Canad Inns, May 12th. Admission is free but they will have donation canisters, if anyone wants to help, as it takes a lot to put the event on.
