The guest speaker at this week's Rotary Luncheon was Portage Community Revitalization Corporation Executive Director Victoria Espey. She detailed that her group reaches out to the community, looking at the positives and negatives and making sure what works is being done.

Espey notes community response to the group has been high and people are excited about having their input heard in the community, "Just a tremendous response from the community," says Espey, "and it just shows they value PCRC, they understand why we're here, what we're doing, wanting to have that community input and have their voice heard."
