***UPDATED***

It's not the greatest morning on the roads in southern Manitoba.

We're seeing snow, mixed with light freezing drizzle, and it's making for tricky driving.

Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation says the Trans Canada Highway from the Highway 13 junction to just east of Brandon is ice-covered. From Winnipeg to Highway 13, it's reported bare.

Highway 16's ice-covered from the TCH junction to Saskatchewan.

Highways 13, 26, 2, and 3 are ice-covered as well.

The Interlake's in a little better shape so far, with a mix of bare and partly ice-covered conditions.

The poor driving's meant some cancellations, and you can find out about them, and get updated highway conditions, here.
