As the Southport Aerospace Centre moves forward into 2022, they’re excited to both add new things, while simultaneously getting rid of some older projects.

CEO Peggy May says their efforts to continue their greening projects will be a big deal for them going forward, seeing as they’re going to be adding electric cars to their fleet. She also made mention of the demolition of a building in Southport, which will make way for some new buildings on site.

“We'll be continuing our reservations on our residential units,” explains May. “We're going to focus on assisting our two qualified suppliers that are working on the RFP for future aircrew training and helping them complete their solutions for that program.”

She adds they’ll also be looking to add a couple more buildings which will allow them to continue the progress that Southport’s seen over the past few years.

“We're looking forward to the economic growth we can bring to the region and certainly to our community.”
