A Portager with neuro-motor disabilities has rescheduled his plans of giving back to the Movement Centre of Manitoba.

Chad Faurschou had intended to ride his bike this weekend from Portage to a Bomber game as a fundraiser for the centre which sped his recuperation -- the date has now been moved to the 15th.

According to educational assistant Dylan Wiebe the Bomber Association agrees the later date is beneficial.  The move will allow for more pledges to come in, as well enable more family members to attend the event.  Wiebe notes the Movement Centre will be sending out notices to their members in Winnipeg to maintain the support.

He adds Faurschou was initially disappointed about the postponed ride, but has re-lifted his spirits and is more anxious than ever.
