Prince Charles School in Portage has received a support grant from the province which could grow in demand over the next few years.

Four thousand dollars will assist the school in adapting to the educational needs of war-affected students, and considering the increase in immigration assistant superintendent Hazen Barrett thinks the division may need more of it.

Prince Charles principal Ron Goodale says the money will go towards educational assistance time and any additional resources required by staff.

While Goodale sees progress in two Ethiopian boys he's hosting, he feels the grant will only further their potential.
