Allan Arthur Schultz

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Allan Schultz on Wednesday October 18th, 2023 at the Douglas Campbell Lodge at the age of 66 years.
Allan was predeceased by his sister Karen and his mother Delores. Allan is survived by his brother-in-law Wilfred Stewart, nephews Michael and Christopher, niece Caitlin, great nieces McKaela and Katie, great nephew Deegan; along with his friends at New Direction and Oak Tree Towers.

Allan really enjoyed his entertainment, VHS tapes, DVD’s, cassettes, watching tv, wrestling, and his ‘ladies’. He especially loved turning the music from his stereo up nice and loud so that all of his neighbors could enjoy the music as well. Allan always had company, whether it was staff or the countless friends he made at Oak tree Towers. Everyone that had the privilege of knowing Allan knew that their presence meant a lot to him. Allan loved going to Tim Hortons for a coffee and a donut, loved going for car rides with his staff, and enjoyed the parties he would attend at New Directions.

Allan and the New Directions staff would like to thank the Notre Dame Foyer and the Douglas Campbell Lodge for the loving care he received, even though he was only there for a short period of time.

A celebration of Allan’s life will be held at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

A tree will be planted in memory and cared for by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel.
