The premier is being called arrogant after a response was made regarding the start of the legislative session. 

Gary Doer says he decides when legislature will sit this fall without consulting the opposition. 

 

Portage MLA David Faurschou believes his party isn't the only ones pushing for a sooner start date, saying Manitobans are equally disappointed of the delay. 

 

While doer battles back saying cooperation was lost last spring when the Conservatives started ringing bells, Faurschou stresses the Crocus scandal justified a public inquiry. 

 

Faurschou wants to see house rules adopt a sessional calendar in Manitoba.
