The Portage Terriers have climbed a few spots in the MJHL power rankings after winning three straight games last week.

They were placed third this week after being in the fifth position last week. The Winkler Flyers are ahead of the dogs in second place as they have won six of their last seven games. In the first position are the Steinbach Pistons who have just four losses so far this season.

As for the CJHL power rankings, the Terriers still dropped down a couple of places despite the wins this past week. They were ranked 17th last week and the dogs are now said to be the 19th best team in the CJHL at the moment.

The only other MJHL team in these top 20 rankings are the Steinbach Pistons who made their debut on the list last week at number 18 and moved up two spots this week. Sitting at the top spot is the Brooks Bandits of the AJHL who have gone a perfect 20-0 so far this season.

Portage will play just one game this week, which takes place Saturday, November 9th against the Waywayseecapo Wolverines at Stride Place.
