Joyce “Sarah” Mary Reniva

Sarah passed away peacefully at the Rose Garden Hospice in Prince Albert, SK, on Saturday, March 30, 2024, following a battle with an aggressive rare cancer. She was born January 12, 1953, in Morden, MB and was raised in the Darlingford District, MB. Sarah then moved to Portage la Prairie where she was a successful entrepreneur owning and operating two clothing stores in Manitoba. She was a loving mother to Robyn and David, but especially embraced her role as “Nana” to Zane and Izzy. Sarah carried her entrepreneurial spirit to Prince Albert where she and her son owned and operated Chicken Chef Restaurant. It was during this time she made many lifelong friends. She enjoyed watching the Toronto Blue Jays baseball, golfing, attending Raider games with her son, and holding garage sales. Sarah was an avid gardener and enjoyed canning fresh fruits and vegetables from her harvest. Up until her health failed in the fall of 2023, Sarah continued to help at 2nd Ave Tire. Sarah was strong in her faith, and this carried her through the last months of her life.

Sarah is lovingly remembered by her daughter Robyn (Sean) Corrigan and their children Zane and Izabel; her son David (Katelyn) Culbert; her spouse Blas; her parents Hugh and Rose Morrow; her siblings John (Donna) Morrow and Ruth (Ray) Windsor; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was predeceased by her mother Merle Morrow-Deamel, and grandparents Ross & Olive Morrow and Jacob & Sarah Deamel.

A Private Graveside Service will be held. Family and friends wishing to send online condolences are welcome to visit http://www.beaulacfuneralhome.com.
