By this point you've likely been visited by enumerators, in preparation of the provincial election. The enumeration process is now complete, but revising agencts continue to go door-to-door to add people to the voters list. The preliminary voters list shows that approximately 690,000 voters in Manitoba have been enumerated. Elections Manitoba Manager of Communications and Public Information Alison Mitchell says they're now in the revision phase.

"Even if a voter has been missed, they can still have their name added to the voters list from today, up until April 7th. The best way to do that is for people to contact their returning office, and there's a returning office in each of the 57 electoral districts in the province."

If you haven't been visited by an enumerator, there are still ways to ensure you're eligible to vote in the upcoming election. Mitchell explains while it's easiest to get on the list beforehand, you can even do it at the polling station.

"You don't absolutely need to have your name added at this time, because we do have an opportunity for you to go to the voting place on election day, bring your identification and be added to the list then. You can also do that during the advance voting period."

The provincial election's set for April 19th.
