Portage Terriers have yet to taste victory this year.

In the MJHL pre-season, Coltyn Reimer's second goal of the night was the overtime winner, as Winkler Flyers edged Portage Terriers 5-4 last night at Centennial Arena. That drops the Dogs' exhibition record to 0-and-2.

Tyler Moore opened the scoring for the Terriers, at 8:55 of the first period, but the Flyers led 2-1 by the end of the frame.
The teams traded goals in the second.

In the third, Ryan Aaudino had two goals to give the Dogs the lead. Kelly Gray evened the count with a power play goal.
That set up Reimer's winner in OT.

Other action saw Winnipeg Saints double Winnipeg South 4-2. Dauphin downed Waywayseecapo 4-1.

Northern Baseball League play saw Winnipeg Goldeyes keep their slim playoff hopes alive. They bombed Edmonton 20-5, and play again tonight at Telus Field.
