The Portage Terriers jumped right back in the win column last night after a tough loss on Tuesday.

Following the team's 4-3 OT loss to the Saints earlier in the week, the Dogs were looking to regain some momentum as the MJHL approaches the All-Star break this weekend. They got that with a 4-3 win over the Wolverines.

Kajon McKay, who has looked solid in his return from a hip injury, led the way for the team. The 16-year-old rookie potted two goals and added an assist in the game. Eric Delong and leading scorer Riley Nixdorf would also find the back of the net while Matt Krahn stood his ground in net and earned his 10th victory of the season.

The Dogs will look to keep up their winning ways tonight. They're in Dauphin for a meeting with the Kings. The two teams met January 11th in Dauphin with the Kings coming away with a 4-3 win.

Game time is 7:30 at the Dauphin Credit Union Place.
