The frigid weather forced the postponement of a couple of games in the MJHL last night. The OCN at Selkirk, and Swan Valley at Waywayseecapo match-ups didn't get on the ice.
However, Neepawa and Winnipeg South played, with the Natives scoring a 5-2 triumph.

In the Manitoba Triple "A" Midget Hockey League, Parkland Rangers got by Central Plains Capitals 6-4. Brandon bombed Yellowhead 9-1.

High school hockey -- Portage Collegiate lost a pair at the Garden Valley Zodiacs tournament in Winkler. Winnipeg's Vincent Massey posted a 7-4 win. Beaver Brae edged the Trojans 5-4.
Warren Collegiate lost two as well, 10-0 to WC Miller and 7-2 to Vincent Massey of Brandon.

In the South Eastern Manitoba League, Oakville nipped Morden 3-2.

Gladstone topped Killarney 8-7 in Tiger Hills League play. Shaun McIvor got the winner for Lakers with less than two minutes remaining in the third period.
