The MacGregor Fire Department dealt with multiple incidents over the recent long weekend.

It started on the Saturday afternoon when crews were dispatched to a grass and bush fire around 2:05. After about 90 minutes of putting out the blaze, they were back in service at 3:30. Nine minutes later, they soon had to head out to a crash. 

A single-vehicle rollover was reported on the #1 Highway near the town. Crews were back in service by 5:58 p.m. No serious injuries were reported.

On the Tuesday, crews got called out to a two-vehicle accident east of MacGregor on the #1 which involved an anhydrous tank. No serious injuries were reported in this crash either.
