The Portage Terriers are back on the road tonight to face off with the Winkler Flyers after Wednesday night's game was postponed.

The two teams have faced off with the Flyers four times to this point, with the Terriers winning three of the four contests.

Adler Johnston says these are the type of games players get excited for.

"It's always these games against a team like Winkler where you get pretty fired up to play them. No game against them is easy, we need to really respect our opponent here, and go into this game like any other game. But we need to come out with the same fire and energy that we've played against them with, and it should be a good game."

The teams currently appear headed for a first round matchup, with this game but with 11 points separating them, it is unlikely that Portage can take the second seed, meaning home ice advantage will favour Winkler.

The puck drops at 7 p.m. and CFRY will have the action.
