The fashionistas were out in full force last night for the Central Plains Cancer Services Annual Fashion Show. The event is an opportunity to stand alongside those affected by cancer. Every model in the show was either a cancer survivor or currently in treatment. Central Plains Cancer Services Executive Director Sharilyn Knox tells us it's not just about the money raised.

Faye Dubetz, owner of Barney's Apparel, has been donating outfits to the Fashion Show for the past nine years. She explains why it's such an important event.

"It's kind of a good night for the cancer patients," says Dubetz. "Those who have survived it and those who are going through it... It's just a boost of confidence that says they can beat anything."

A worthy cause was the driving force behind all the glamour and fashion of the evening.
