MacGregor Mustangs have a chance at a championship banner this afternoon at the Provincial Boys "AA" High School Basketball Championships.

MacGregor Mustangs are into the championship final of the provincial "AA" Boys Basketball Championships. They defeated Teulon yesterday 78-52. The Mustangs face Goose Lake at 4 this afternoon.

In the MJHL playoffs, Dauphin beat Neepawa 5-3 last night. The Kings enjoy a 1-0 best of 7 Sher-Wood Division series lead.
The Addison Division match-up saw Selkirk edge Winnipeg Saints 4-3 in overtime, for a 1-0 series lead.
Both series resume tomorrow night.

Manitoba "AAA" Midget League playoff action saw Winnipeg Thrashers blank Pembina Valley 7-0. The Thrashers hold a 2-1 lead in the best of 5 semi-final.
Brandon dumped Winnipeg Wild 6-1, taking a 2-1 lead in that series.
Each series returns to the ice tomorrow.

Portage "AA" Bantam Terriers evened the Pembina Valley League final series at 1-1 last night, with a 6-4 victory over MacDonald. The deciding game goes tomorrow afternoon in Sanford.

Brandon Wheat Kings were winners in the WHL. They beat Regina 9-5. The teams square off again tonight.

Manitoba Moose were AHL winners. The Herd got by Grand Rapids 3-0 in a shootout.
