Portage Collegiate Institute's Seth Puddicombe is taking is talents to the Canadian Mennonite University Blazers.

The local basketball player recently wrapped up his grade 12 season with the Trojans, helping the team place third in the High School 'AAAA' Tier 2 Boys championship.

"I hope to be able to excel in basketball and play the best of my abilities here," says Puddicombe.

The Blazers play in the Northern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The league spans through Canada and the United States with teams in Manitoba, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Puddicombe would like to thank his coaches Darin Arnold, Sean Hopps, and Janey Bradford.
