A check with MIT shows the Trans Canada Highway between Portage la Prairie and Winnipeg is partly snow-covered. From Portage to the Saskatchewan border, it's a mix of snow-covered, and partly snow-covered.

Highway 16 is snow-covered to the Saskatchewan border.

South and east of us is also a mix of covered and partly-covered conditions.

In the Interlake, highways are mainly partly snow-covered.
