**UPDATED**

The MJHL had a win, a loss and an overtime loss on the final day of the MJHL/SJHL Showcase in Regina. Portage Terriers' forward Joey Moffatt had a goal and an assist as Team Garbutt downed Team Schwartz 5-2. It was the only MJHL victory at the Showcase, in six tries.

Moffatt assesses yesterday's win.

"I thought yesterday we came out as little slow-footed," he says, "We came out today strong -- 2-0 after the first. I thought we played way better today. They were a little slower, we were hard on pucks, finishing checks -- it was a good game out there."

Moffatt was joined on Team Garbutt by his brother Brody, who plays with Winkler.

"It was pretty cool," he says, "I haven't played with him since way back in squirts. When I found out I'd made it, I phoned him, and he said he'd actually made it, too, so it was pretty cool."

Moffatt talks about havign a lot of scouts in the stands.

"Obviously, it's in the back of your head, but just have to try and play the game you usually play, and hope it works out."

Daniel McKitrick of the Steinbach Pistons had a goal and an assists in Team Belfour's 4-3 overtime loss to Team Mitchell. Justin Metcalf of the Neepawa Natives scored both goals for Team Zajak in their 5-2 loss to Team Kunitz.
